The Junkers JU-52 is a medium-sized German passenger and transport aircraft that was built at the Junkers factory in the 1930s. It was the basic transport aircraft used by the German Army during World War II. Its widespread use ensured that it was used in civil and military service in many countries.
The Cobi model uses the paintwork of the civil Swiss airline JU-AIR, which still operates these machines.
